For the 2026-27 school year, we seek the following:

  • Full-time Preschool teacher (bilingual Eng/Spa preferred)
  • Substitute teachers

Full-Time Preschool Teacher (26/27 school year)

Candidate Skills and Experience

- enthusiasm to work with young children (ages 2.5-5)

- classroom experience in a Montessori or preschool setting (preferred)

- a genuine desire for collaboration with peers

- willingness to join a Montessori community and learn about Montessori education

- a commitment to professionalism, as well as open, honest communication in the spirit of continuous improvement

- Must be able to meet the educational and experience requirements of the CO Dept of Early Childhood licensing agency

Competitive salary based on experience, credentials, and licensure. This is a full-time position, on a school year calendar.

Substitute Teachers

Substitute teacher ($150 per day) - We're always hiring substitute teachers!

Candidate Educational Background

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Candidate Skills and Experience

- teaching experience with children, preK-8th grade (preferred)
