For the 2026-27 school year, we seek the following:

  • Full-time Preschool teacher (bilingual Eng/Spa preferred)
  • Enrichment teachers (Spanish, performing arts, etc.)
  • Part-time school nurse (2-10 hours per month)
  • Substitute teachers

Full-Time Preschool Teacher (26/27 school year)

Candidate Skills and Experience

- enthusiasm to work with young children (ages 2.5-5)

- classroom experience in a Montessori or preschool setting (preferred)

- a genuine desire for collaboration with peers

- willingness to join a Montessori community and learn about Montessori education

- a commitment to professionalism, as well as open, honest communication in the spirit of continuous improvement

- Must be able to meet the educational and experience requirements of the CO Dept of Early Childhood licensing agency

ENRICHMENT TEACHER (26/27 SCHOOL YEAR)

Candidate Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

Candidate Skills and Experience

- enthusiasm to teach a particular enrichment class, such as Spanish language, performing arts (music/theater), etc.

- classroom experience in a Montessori or public school environment within the age range of preschool to 8th-grade (preferred)

- ability and willingness to teach and manage children in multiple age ranges (preschool to 8th-grade preferred)

- a genuine desire for collaboration with peers

- willingness to join a Montessori community and learn about Montessori education

- a commitment to professionalism, as well as open, honest communication in the spirit of continuous improvement

- willingness to provide a high-quality educational experience within a charter school

School Nurse

The part-time school nurse collaborates with other student services personnel to prevent health problems from becoming reasons for educational failure and collaborates with stakeholders to maximize the quantity of in-class time by reducing the incidence of health-related absenteeism.

This position is for 2 to 10 hours per month.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Trains or delegates designated health staff and/or teachers on emergency care procedures for school and field trips
  • Assists the health aide with reviewing student and staff health concerns, managing student chronic health conditions, and trains medically delegated staff to be able to handle these students professionally and as required by their medical conditions
  • Develops health care plans for students with significant health conditions requiring specific emergency care at school
  • Schedules and participates in annual Vision and Hearing screening
  • Oversee and confirm that annual immunization records are updated by the compliance deadline; delegates filing and ensures PowerSchool is updated.
  • Get apprised of public health concerns, such as COVID-19 pandemic, and train on-site staff on how to manage all particular needs as per CDC and Public Health guidelines
  • Trains staff or assists in proper scheduling for CPR/Basic First Aid training annually; updates medically delegated team’s required training cards
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and acts as a liaison between the school, parents, and local health care providers, local health service agencies, and other community providers
Other Teaching Positions
  • Substitute teacher ($150 per day) - We're always hiring substitute teachers!
  • Part-time classroom assistant for kindergarten, lower elementary, and/or upper elementary ($22/hour for 25 hours per week)

Candidate Educational Background

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
